Professional sanitary ware for North Lantau Hospital
Bringing the highest level of hygiene to healthcare environment

Jebsen Building Products has been awarded a government contract to equip the newly built North Lantau Hospital with professional sanitary ware solutions including new rimless water closets, touch free sensor taps and sensor WC flush systems, as well as other washroom fittings and accessories.
Under the Phase I contract, Jebsen Building Products will supply all hospital wards, washrooms and nursing stations with hygienic sanitary ware products that meet the stringent demands of the healthcare environment. With the key objective of minimizing the risk of infection, all water closets will equip with the latest rimfree feature which there will be no rim or hidden channel for germs to hide. 
Also targeted to help the building contractor to achieve platinum rating of BEAM*, Jebsen Building Products will offer products with environmentally-friendly water saving features such as extensive installation of iqua sensor water taps and Twyford sensor WC flushing valve to eliminate wasted flow and cut water consumption. In addition, the touch-free operation of the infrared electronic sensor tap and flush system also help reduce the transmission of disease.
Located in Tung Chung Area 25, the North Lantau Hospital is the first hospital set up in the Lantau Island. It occupies an area of approximately 1.9 hectares. It will provide acute care and extended care services with 160 in-patients beds and ambulatory care services to cope with the needs of the local community. The construction works of Phase I has been commenced in January 2010 and is intended to be completed by the end of 2012.
